January 7th was a very, very cold day this year. It was also the day that one of my oldest friends married the love of her life and had the white wedding she had been dreaming of. I do think it's funny that Heather and I grew up together in Alaska and then she ended up with snow on her wedding day! 
Chase and Heather had a small, intimate ceremony in the front yard of Chase's parents' house. They set up a beautiful wooden arch, decorated with fresh florals, and had heaters and blankets for their loved ones. Heather wore a stunning long sleeve dress and held on to her mother's arm as she walked her down the aisle to her groom. They both might have been freezing but they were still all smiles. You could even see their frozen breath in the air as they said their vows. They were pronounced husband and wife and went inside with their families to celebrate with a brunch and yummy cheesecake! The morning was short and sweet and perfect!
